My story.
I’m James Fox, the Photographer behind SilverFox Photography and SilverFox Weddings. My passion for photography began over 30 years ago with film cameras. Eventually I moved to digital, like most, due to their convenience and lower cost.
They helped broaden my horizons, and I started to add people into my landscapes, for context. Eventually I realised portraits, events and weddings, alongside beautiful landscapes, were the natural evolution for my work.
I still use film cameras from time-to-time, to capture that something special that can’t be fully replicated with digital technology:
